Sudthapa advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on corporate restructurings, foreign investment and market entry, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and regulatory matters.
Her M&A experience spans legal due diligence, transaction documentation and related regulatory matters. She also advises on corporate governance, licensing and compliance matters, including anti-bribery and anti-money laundering, public procurement, intellectual property and real estate matters.
