The year 2022 has seen several significant developments in respect of aviation regulation, with the UK Government launching a number of aviation policy reforms and consultations focused on the recovery of the aviation sector, implementing the lessons learned and experiences gained from the pandemic, and preparing the sector for a more sustainable future to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
