Seaway7 confirmed as keynote speaker at the UK's Renewables Academy course in offshore wind

The UK Renewables Academy is delighted to announce that Mary Anne Roff of Seaway7 shall be the keynote speaker covering the lessons learned from the common issues and causes of disputes in the OWF sector on its four day offshore wind programme in September 2023.

Mary Anne Roff of Seaway7 said: “UK Renewables Academy’s ‘Introduction to Offshore Wind’ provides a unique insight into the renewables industry and we are delighted to share our experience as a global leader in the delivery of fixed offshore wind.”

"Securing a speaker such as Mary Anne Roff from Seaway7, who is an extremely experienced lawyer working for an industry-leading offshore energy services company in the renewables sector, is an exciting development for the UK Renewables Academy,” said Liam McIvor, Director of Renewables Academy. “We look forward to welcoming Seaway7 at Teesside University in September 2023."

The course has been specifically designed and developed alongside leading industry professionals to give participants an understanding to every area of the sector. The course is also applicable to those who are experienced in one particular area and want to have a better understanding of the wider industry.
