Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Private Equity practice with the arrival of partner Paul Barron, who joins the firm in London.
Paul brings 20 years of experience and a strong track record in private equity and corporate transactions. He advises private equity houses, corporates, management teams, and investors on the full spectrum of private equity matters, including acquisitions, disposals, bolt-ons, consortium arrangements, minority investments, and management equity plans. His practice spans both UK and international markets.
