Stephenson Harwood advises Bowmark Capital on its sale of IWSR
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Bowmark Capital, the mid-market private equity firm, on its sale of IWSR, a provider of data, analytics and insights for the beverage alcohol industry, to consumer trend forecaster WGSN.
IWSR is the leading provider of data and intelligence for the $1.2 trillion global beverage alcohol industry, serving over 250 blue-chip customers representing all the major market participants, including producers, ingredient and packaging manufacturers, investment banks and consultancies.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Private Equity Partners Adam Crossley, Jonathan Pittal and Lucy Thorpe, who were supported by Managing Associate Aakanksha Dalal and Associate Harry House.
