Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Enviroo Project Co Limited on the development of a waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle-to-bottle washing line and pellet extrusion facility in Protos, Cheshire, UK.
A specialist and innovator in PET recycling, Enviroo Project Co Limited is a pioneering company in the recycling industry. This landmark project marks Enviroo's first facility development of its kind, focusing on producing food-grade polymer from recycled PET bottles. The facility, financed by infrastructure asset manager Reichmuth Infrastructure, represents a significant step forward in sustainable manufacturing and recycling, aligning with Enviroo's strategic goals to innovate within the environmental sector.
