Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Établissements Sogal on the acquisition of certain assets and activities from the Keyor group, including doors and joinery companies Magri and Réseau Bois, in a transaction approved by the Commercial Court of Bordeaux in the framework of French receivership proceedings.
This acquisition strengthens Sogal’s position as France’s leading bespoke storage solutions manufacturer and enhances the market presence of its parent company, Groupe CMAI, a manufacturer of interior doors for both commercial and residential property. CMAI Group, of which Sogal is the main subsidiary, now comprises over 1,600 employees, operates 9 production sites, and achieves consolidated revenue exceeding €200 million.
