Stephenson Harwood advises Inspirit Capital on CWind sale
Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Inspirit Capital on the sale of portfolio company CWind Limited to All Energies Services Group ('AES Group').
Inspirit Capital is a UK-based investment firm and corporate carve-out specialist. CWind Limited is a provider of offshore wind support services. AES Group is a Monaco-based provider of sustainable energy solutions.
The transaction was of strategic importance to CWind, having taken significant strides under InSpirit's ownership and marked a major milestone in the AES Group's mission to expand its footprint in the renewable energy sector and enhance the group’s capabilities in offshore wind operations.
Stephenson Harwood advised on all aspects of this cross-border transaction, the successful completion of which, represents another great example of the firm's experience advising on corporate transactions in the sustainable energy sector.
