Stephenson Harwood advises on acquisition of Cloud Business

Stephenson Harwood LLP has acted for FPE Capital LLP on the acquisition by its portfolio company, Codestone Group, of Cloud Business.

Cloud Business is an award-winning business consulting, digital transformation and IT managed services leader. With the acquisition of Cloud Business, Codestone aims to further enhance its offering of IT consulting and services in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity. The transaction further develops Codestone’s accelerated growth and rapid customer base expansion following acquisitions of Clarivos in May 2022 and DSCallards in October 2022. 

The deal was led by private equity partner Chris Manning, supported by managing associate Nicola Baird and associates Kunal Shah and Grant McGregor.
