Stephenson Harwood advises PDS on its successful public offering

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised PDS Limited in connection with the UAE aspects of its successful qualified institutional placement of INR 430 core (US$ 51 million) in the Indian markets.

PDS is a global fashion infrastructure platform offering product development, sourcing and manufacturing, covering approximately 90 locations more than 20 countries. Stephenson Harwood conducted a comprehensive diligence exercise and provided an opinion in respect of the material subsidiaries of PDS Limited based in the UAE. The team collaborated closely with PDS’s executives as well as various counsels to deliver the opinion, which was an important part of the offering process.

Diwakar Agarwal, who led the Stephenson Harwood team on this transaction, commented, "Advising on this pivotal public offering has been an honour.
