Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Redevco, one of Europe’s leading privately-owned real estate managers, on its first loan financing for its recently launched debt platform.

The project is a comprehensive retrofit and extension to deliver Grade A healthy, progressive office space with the highest sustainability ambitions.

The team was led by Debt Finance Partner James Linforth. James was supported by Managing Associate Will Rowling and Associate Alexandra Tomlinson; on Real Estate by Partner Paul Hayward-Surry and Managing Associate Patrick Lundie; on Construction by Partner Graeme Barton and Associate Jenna Plush; on Tax by Consultant Richard Croker and Associate Ruth Hainsworth; and on Funds by Partner Alex Haynes.
