Stephenson Harwood advises Sign In Solutions on SCR Tracker
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Sign In Solutions, which is backed by growth equity firm PSG Equity, on its acquisition of SCR Tracker.
US-based Sign In Solutions provides cloud-based visitor, identity and risk management software to businesses and organisations. As part of the transaction, SCR Tracker, which is an online single central record software solution for schools, will become Sign In Central Record. This acquisition will help Sign In Solutions enhance its visitor management platforms and expand its workplace solutions to more organisations.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by associates Lydia Zakrzewski, Alicia Mueller and Patrick Foley.
