Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Targeted Provision, a portfolio company of private equity firm Agathos Management, on its acquisition of SENse Learning.
SENse Learning is an alternative provision delivering holistic educational packages for young people who are out of school or struggling to attend, providing one-to-one, bespoke education for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Targeted Provision is a specialist provider of additional educational support to vulnerable children and young people across the UK. This deal marks Targeted Provision's second strategic acquisition, following its successful integration of ASEND, which also works with students who are in between suitable school placements.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Private Equity Partner Malcolm MacDougall, supported by Managing Associate Rajiv Kakkad, Associates Lydia Zakrzewski and Laurence Whymark, and Senior Paralegal Arshi Ratansi.
