Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance advises Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited on JOLCO
Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance has advised Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) on a Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option Financing Structure (JOLCO).
This transaction relates to the sale and leaseback with financing of a 9,000 TEU container vessel, in which the firm acted for OCBC alongside a container shipping group. Three i’s Capital Co., Ltd. were the equity underwriter on the transaction.
