- Advised Global Chartering Limited in relation to a US$30 million loan facility from BNP Paribas. The loan facility will assist them with their acquisition of the vessels AM POINT LISAS, AM GHENT and AM TUBARAO, which came off long-term leases.
- Advised StraitNZ on its €55 million purchase of the Cyprus-flagged ro-pax ferry m.v. Livia, formerly known as Stena Livia, from Stena Line.
- Advised MPC Container Ships on a US$102 million K-SURE backed loan facility from Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank to finance the acquisition of two wide beam eco-design container ships under construction at HJ Shipbuilding & Construction in South Korea.
