Rania Tadros, Kiersten Lucas and Melissa Forbes-Miranda named in Thomson Reuters' ALB 'MENA Super 50' list
Stephenson Harwood Dubai-based partners Rania Tadros, Kiersten Lucas and Melissa Forbes-Miranda have been named in Thomson Reuters' Asian Legal Business (ALB) 'MENA Super 50' list.
The annual list, which is based on recommendations by clients and in-house counsel from across the Middle East region and beyond, recognises standout lawyers in the Middle East and North Africa region.
Rania is the managing partner of the Dubai office and leads the marine and international trade team for the Middle East region. She has developed a reputation for assisting clients on their most complex disputes and has significant experience advising clients in relation to their non-contentious matters.
Kiersten leads the Middle East employment team, based out of Dubai. She has extensive experience advising clients internationally across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters arising under UAE federal law, the laws of specific UAE freezones, including the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and also under English law.
Melissa is a corporate and commercial partner based in Dubai with over 15 years of experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, FDI, restructuring and insolvency, shareholder disputes, private equity / venture capital, and general corporate and commercial advisory matters across the Middle East region.
