Stephenson Harwood advises on Leon Capital's investment into Longevity Partners
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Etienne Cadestin, the founder and CEO of Longevity Partners, in respect of Leon Capital's co-investment alongside Nuveen Private Equity Impact into Longevity Partners.
Longevity Partners is a multidisciplinary energy and sustainability consultancy that provides assistance to businesses in the transition to a low carbon economy. The investment by London based private equity firm, Leon Capital, will provide resources and support to enable Longevity to advance its tech-enabled sustainability products, accelerate growth and expand global operations.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Lucy Thorpe and corporate M&A partner Michelle Gomes, supported by managing associate Nicola Baird and associates Lydia Zakrzewski and Daniel Miller.
