Stephenson Harwood advises Lactalis on acquisition of Saputo's UK Dairy Division

Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Lactalis, the French family-owned company and world leader in dairy products, on its acquisition of Saputo Inc.'s UK Dairy Division. The UK Dairy Division includes the Cathedral City, Davidstow, Wensleydale, Country Life and Clover brands.

Stephenson Harwood, working alongside Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, undertook buy-side legal due diligence and provided specialist input on the purchase agreement.
