Gabriel is widely recognised for his expertise in complex private equity secondaries transactions. He has significant experience advising both sponsors and buyers on fund level transactions. Gabriel’s practice covers the full spectrum of secondaries, including traditional and synthetic portfolio secondaries, preferred equity, and GP-led continuation vehicles. He also advises on minority stake sales, direct co-investments, and a variety of other transactional matters.
