Imogen's practice covers the full spectrum of employment law matters. This includes day-to-day HR queries, disciplinary and grievance investigations, senior appointments and exits, settlement negotiations and redundancy processes. She also has extensive experience defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and breach of contract.
