Stephenson Harwood has advised Alcuin Capital Partners on its investment in crew transfer vessel specialist Mainprize Offshore.
Founded in 1979, Mainprize Offshore is a market-leading designer, proprietor and operator of crew transfer vessels, servicing offshore wind farms throughout the North Sea. The company operates vessels that serve leading global offshore wind players including Orsted, Vestas, Vattenfall and RWE.
This transaction continues to demonstrate Stephenson Harwood's deep expertise in the decarbonisation and renewables sector.
The transaction was led by corporate partners Sam Gray and Adam Crossley, supported by managing associates Gerald Seeto and Lucy Thorpe and associates Samuel Tyler and Hugo Mayes, and a wider cross practice team of more than 30 lawyers from across the firm.
