Stephenson Harwood advises Altitude Group on acquisition of Netwo
Law firm Stephenson Harwood has advised Altitude Group on its acquisition of Netwo.
Altitude Group is a family-owned group headed by President and CEO Dorothée Lebarbier. Altitude Group is the 3rd largest fiber optic infrastructure operator in France, employing more than 1,600 personnel across its subsidiaries, which include Altitude Infra, Airmob, Covage, Linkt, Phibee Télécom and Ubicité.
Netwo is a tech startup offering access to a telecoms’ infrastructure marketplace with the aim of simplifying, automating and boosting the business of telecoms operators.
This acquisition is part of the Altitude Group's €5 billion five-year investment plan.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Partner Guillaume Briant, supported by managing associate Ali Hilass and associate Opale Malet. Stephenson Harwood has advised Altitude Group on several of its prior acquisitions, including Phibee Télécom, Airmob and CRT Informatique.
