Stephenson Harwood advises Rockpool Investments on Realise acquisition
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Rockpool Investments, the UK-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of Realise Energy Solutions (Realise).
Realise is a technical engineering specialist, which maintains more than 200 onshore wind turbines across the UK via the provision of remote monitoring, scheduled and unscheduled inspection and maintenance services. Realise also has strong expertise in turbine repowering and installations.
The investment will help Realise to accelerate its growth journey and take advantage of growth opportunities within the UK onshore wind market, while maintaining its reputation for best-in-class service quality.
