Stephenson Harwood advises TMF on Indian corporate services acquisition
Stephenson Harwood has advised TMF Group, a leading international provider of compliance and business administration services, on the acquisition of Seamless, the accounting and payroll business of Sannam S4 Group.
Sannam S4 Group is a leading international services provider. The Seamless business offers a range of accounting and tax compliance, global entity management and HR and payroll services to international clients with operations in India.
This transaction will strengthen TMF Group's delivery capability in the APAC region, giving TMF Group the opportunity to assist clients in different jurisdictions, and supports its growth strategy in the region.
The transaction underlines Stephenson Harwood's strong track record advising premier corporate services businesses such as TMF Group, CSC, Intertrust, Vistra, Tricor, Hawksford and Zedra on their cross-border M&A transactions along with their shareholders and, in many cases, private equity owners.
