Anya advises clients across a broad range of industries on cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings in Southeast Asia. Her experience encompasses key aspects of corporate transactions, including managing due diligence processes, drafting transaction documents and assisting with signing and closing processes.
Her practice also covers advising on merger control issues arising from M&A transactions, and she works with the global Competition team on a variety of matters.
Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Anya trained at a leading local law firm, where she gained broad experience in public and private M&A, Singapore merger control filings and general competition law compliance.
She has an interest in sustainability and has spearheaded sustainability-related events with pro bono clients.
