Advised Edward Whitley on the sale of Whitley Asset Management Ltd to Cazenove Capital, a subsidiary of Schroders. WAM managed assets of approximately £1.5 billion on behalf of ultra-high net worth entrepreneurs and charity clients.

Advised Pembroke VCT plc on several new investments and follow-on funding rounds, including in activewear brand TALA, luxury womenswear brand With Nothing Underneath, visitor engagement platform Smartify, pregnancy care brand My Expert Midwife, premium spectacles brand Bloobloom, womenswear brand Ro&Zo, and fintech Ryft.
Also advised Pembroke on its partial exit from food and beverage tour company, Secret Food Tours, a transaction which generated cash proceeds equating to a 5.3x realised return for Pembroke VCT’s shareholders

Acted for lead investors, UCB Ventures, BGF and 4BIO Capital in the over-subscribed funding round of $25 million in Vianautis Bio and subsequent follow-on.
M&A Exit | Ragleth Limited/Anglia Maltings
Advised Ragleth, the parent organisation of Anglia Maltings, maltster and grain processor, which supplies the global brewing, distilling and food ingredients sectors, on its sale to Richardson (Malting), the English subsidiary of the Canadian based global leader in agriculture and food processing.
Previously advised its subsidiary, Anglia Maltings, on a three way joint venture with Frontier Agriculture (a JV between ABF and Cargill) and Camgrain (a farmer owned cooperative) to create Europe's largest oat processing plant.
