Stephenson Harwood advises Rockpool Investments on the sale of Smyle Group

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Rockpool Investments, the UK-based private equity firm, and certain other founder-managers, on the sale of London-based creative agency Smyle Group, to The Human Network, the parent company of Identity Global.

Smyle Group provides live and digital experiences and creative content to global brands. The Human Network is a collective of creative agencies specialising in event management and execution.  The acquisition brings together the collective expertise and resources for delivering extraordinary event experiences and content worldwide.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Lucy Thorpe, supported by managing associate Emily Davies and associates James Gracey, Elliott Dagul and Daniel Miller.
