Stephenson Harwood retains 83% of September qualifying trainees
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has announced that it is retaining 83% of trainees who qualify under English and Welsh law in September 2023. 10 of the 12 qualifying trainees were offered positions: nine will join the firm’s London office, and one the Dubai office.
"As a firm we place great importance on ensuring that the next generation of legal talent embodies the firm's principles and is well equipped to play a key role in shaping our future," said Max Lemanski, partner and trainee principal at Stephenson Harwood. "We adopt a robust approach to our training programme and these talented individuals have demonstrated real commitment and resilience over the last two years as we continue to adjust to, and navigate, the post-Covid landscape."
The newly qualified lawyers will join the firm's commercial litigation; corporate; employment, pensions and private wealth; finance; and real estate and projects practice groups.
