Lydia Zakrzewski

Lydia has experience acting for private equity houses, investors and management teams and has acted on a range of transactions, including investments, MBOs, exits and acquisitions.

Lydia has broad experience advising on all aspects of private equity and has acted for a range of private equity houses, such as FPE Capital, Elysian Capital, Rockpool Investments and Pelican Capital, as well as growth capital providers, such as BGF.  She has also acted for various portfolio companies, management teams and founder shareholders on a variety of private equity and corporate transactions.
