Nicola is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity, acting for companies and founders throughout the lifecycle of a business, including early stage fundraisings, growth capital investment and more traditional private equity transactions such as MBO’s, MBI’s, bolt-on acquisitions and exits.
She has been involved with advising Elysian Capital on its acquisition of Key Travel and Aspirations Care; BGF on its investment into BB7 Fire & Omega Fire Engineering; FPE on its investment into Kallik and IWSR, as well as its sale of OKA to InvestIndustrial; the founders of Charterhouse Voice & Data on the sale of the company to August Equity; and the management team of Kellas Midstream on their sale to a consortium of investors including GIC and Blackrock and their subsequent re-investment in the new business.
