Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Andera Partners and the founders of TXCube on the acquisition of TXCube by Alliance Electronics.
TXCube is a French company with expertise in the design and industrialisation of electronic products, from project inception to industrial production. Alliance Electronics is a leading electronics design and manufacturing group.
