Stephenson Harwood is advising the management team of Nalanda Global, which is backed by PSG Equity, on its sale to GTCR's portfolio company Once for All.

Headquartered in Spain, Nalanda Global is a supply-chain risk and compliance SaaS management software platform that aims to help contractors in multiple industries manage the compliance of sub-contractors in their supply chain. Once For All offers supply chain compliance and sustainable sourcing solutions for the built environment.

The Stephenson Harwood team was led by private equity partner Malcolm MacDougall, who was supported by managing associate Lucy Thorpe, and associates Kunal Shah and Grant McGregor.
