- Advised a leading global civil nuclear company on the civil nuclear regime in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Pakistan, including summaries of key provisions of international nuclear liability conventions.

- Advised Renaissance Fusion, which works in particular on the development of nuclear fusion reactors based on a stellarator, on its €15 million fundraising to advance its development.
- Represented a joint venture between Hyundai Engineering and Construction and Samsung C&T Corporation, in LCIA arbitration regarding substantial variations under a construction subcontract for APR-1400 reactor units at Barakah, UAE—one of the world’s largest nuclear construction disputes by scale and quantum.
