  • Advised a leading global civil nuclear company on the civil nuclear regime in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, and Pakistan, including summaries of key provisions of international nuclear liability conventions.
  • Advising suppliers on nuclear liability, nuclear insurance arrangements and international carriage of nuclear materials.
  • Advising a major grid-scale nuclear new build project in Europe on employment, nuclear liability, procurement, corporate governance, marine scope works, civil engineering, and a proposed green hub (including a direct air capture project).
  • Advising a major global energy generation company on contracts for maintenance and repair services for cranes and lifting equipment during the construction of a new gigawatt nuclear power station in Europe.

  • Advised Renaissance Fusion, which works in particular on the development of nuclear fusion reactors based on a stellarator, on its €15 million fundraising to advance its development.
  • Represented a joint venture between Hyundai Engineering and Construction and Samsung C&T Corporation, in LCIA arbitration regarding substantial variations under a construction subcontract for APR-1400 reactor units at Barakah, UAE—one of the world’s largest nuclear construction disputes by scale and quantum.
