    Developing a suite of track access documentation and Network Code for use of Crossrail, including performance, possessions and charging regimes to end.
  • Transport for London
    Advising TfL in relation to the transfer of certain stations on the West Anglia route (and Crossrail services) into TfL, including a new lease and station access structure.
  • Arriva Rail London
    Advising Arriva Rail London in relation to its regulated and unregulated depot access arrangements for London Overground.
  • Transport for London
    Advising TfL in relation to the connections between the new Crossrail railway and the Network Rail network, including bespoke arrangements between two operational railways.
  • Transport for London
    Advising TfL on the leasing and station access arrangements for Network Rail, other train operator, Heathrow and operator managed stations in connection with both the Elizabeth Line and London Overground.
  • Bus Regulation
    Advising bus franchise bidders on Manchester and Liverpool competitions in relation to the regulation of buses, including under the Transport Act 2000 (as amended by the Bus Services Act 2017) as well amendments to the same.
  • Elizabeth Line
    Developing a suite of track access documentation and Network Code for use of the Crossrail Central Operating Section for Elizabeth line services, including performance, possessions and charging regimes. Advising on entering into track access documents, modification to agreements, and modification to the regulated rail arrangements, including interface with the regulator.
  • Rail for London
    Advising Rail for London on its review of long term charge arrangements for use of stations devolved to TfL in connection with both London Overground and Elizabeth line services, together with the associated leasing and station access structure.
  • Transport for London
    Advising TfL on the application of the regulated railway regime to Heathrow Airport Limited, critical to the operation of Elizabeth line services to the airport. This included contesting the proposed charging regime and associated judicial review proceedings.
  • Grand Central
    Advising Grand Central in relation to ORR proposals to implement “mark ups” to recover part of the fixed track access charge from open access operators.
