• Advised Workspace Group plc on environmental elements of its redevelopments, such as Chocolate Factory Haringey and the Biscuit Factory. Work includes site assembly, contaminated land risk, environmental impact assessment, district heating, sustainability planning, carbon offset contributions, and travel plans, as well as energy strategy and remediation for carbon emissions targets.
• Providing environmental due diligence support on major corporate transactions, including real estate and financial services driven work.
