• Advised Mount Eden Land/The Langham Estate on the disposal of a portfolio of 27 mixed-use properties for an aggregate price in excess of £344 million.
• Advised M7 on the sale of its prime portfolio of London-centric retail parks to ICG Real Estate.
• Advised Aprirose on the acquisition of investment properties in England, and the subsequent financing of them with major debt providers.

• Advised Swiss Life Asset Managers UK on joint venture with Ares Management Real Estate Secondaries funds to inject capital into the Storage Team, a direct-let self-storage portfolio comprising 12 assets across England.

• Advised M&G Real Estate on the £165 million acquisition of nine multi-let industrial assets for its UK platform
• Advised LXi REIT Plc on the £773 million refinancing of its portfolio of pan-European assets via three facilities funded by Canada Life, HSBC and a club of institutional lenders including Lloyds and Barclays bank.
• Advised Inspired Education Group on its acquisition of the Alpha Plus Group from DV4 at an enterprise value of over £230 million. Inspired’s portfolio includes 110 schools in 24 countries. We continued to act in ongoing matters on this portfolio.
• Advised Custodian Property Income REIT (CREI) on their merger with abrdn Property Income Trust to create a combined group with a portfolio with around 200 assets in excess of £1 billion.
• Advised Rynda Healthcare on its financing of a portfolio of care homes worth in excess of £100 million.
