In White Rock Corporation Ltd v Middle Volga Shipping Company and others [2025]1, the English High Court (the “Court”) found that there was no “good arguable case” that Middle Volga Shipping Company (“Middle Volga”), a Russian company, was party to a time charter with White Rock Corporation Ltd (“White Rock”), and therefore not bound by its jurisdiction clause.
