Commodities in Focus Weekly: Risk management issues in the context of bribery and corruption and how to deal with them

In the 60th edition of Commodities in Focus Weekly and the first of two editions from our regulatory colleagues, partner Justin McClelland and associate Maeve Mohan from Stephenson Harwood's commercial litigation team in London consider the bribery and corruption risks faced by organisations as well as the steps which can be taken to manage those risks.
