The CAT at 10: successes, challenges, and the future

While outwardly its successes have been less extensive than some anticipated, the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has in fact achieved much in its first decade, notwithstanding it has faced procedural, institutional and market-wide headwinds.
