Evelyne Bagdassarian joins Stephenson Harwood as partner

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its tax practice with the arrival of partner Evelyne Bagdassarian, who joins the firm's Paris office.

Evelyne has more than 20 years of experience advising on tax issues connected with a wide range of transactions, including cross-border leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, structured financing and securitisation, asset management and structuring of private equity and real estate funds, and real estate transactions. She also advises high-net-worth individuals on wealth planning and investments in France and across Europe, and has extensive experience advising on tax strategies, tax audits, negotiation with tax authorities and tax litigations.

Evelyne has a particular focus on transport and energy sector infrastructure projects and regularly works alongside sovereign funds and multilateral financing institutions on project finance and fundraising projects.
