Firm advises on Benetti superyacht purchase

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the buyer on the purchase of a 72-metre B.Now 72M Benetti superyacht.

The B.Now 72M is the largest-ever of this type built by Benetti. It integrates the shipyard’s signature Oasis Deck, offering expanded open-air living at the stern with panoramic sea views. She features exterior design by RWD and is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots. On this project, the firm partnered with Monaco-based ACP Surveyors as technical advisors, who will also be in charge of the supervision of the construction.

This yacht, the largest in the B.Now series, was purchased by the Saudi businessman Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Rajhi, who is 28 years old. Al-Rajhi holds the position of founder and chairman of Half Million Coffee Company, and Details Real Estate Company. They have become prominent Saudi brands that have successfully expanded within the Kingdom and abroad.

The team was led by Paris-based Partner Ezio Dal Maso, with support from Managing Associate Alberta Longanesi Cattani.
