Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its construction capabilities with the addition of Partner Matt Pearson, who joins the firm in London.
Matt is a non-contentious construction lawyer whose practice centres on advising a diverse range of clients including developers, asset managers, investment management firms, lenders and sponsors.
Matt’s experience focuses on commercial, mixed-use, high-end residential, build-to-rent, and purpose-built student accommodation schemes, including both new build projects and complex refurbishment and regeneration schemes. Matt is experienced across all major procurement routes, supporting projects from land acquisition through to handover, tenancy, and sale. He has a wealth of experience advising on developments procured using forward funding, joint ventures, and complex development and investment structures.
