Simon Chen joins Wei Tu Law Firm as partner

Wei Tu Law Firm*, Stephenson Harwood's associated PRC law firm, has strengthened its regional corporate practice with the arrival of partner Simon Chen.

Simon brings more than 35 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of M&A, insolvency and restructuring, private equity, capital markets and real estate matters.

"Simon has been a trusted adviser to start-ups, public companies, private funds, and policy-making bodies, and his skill and know-how will be a valuable addition to our corporate practice," said Zoe Zhou, managing partner of Wei Tu Law Firm.
