Stephenson Harwood advises Chantiers de l'Atlantique on its first €150 million revolving credit facility

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Chantiers de l'Atlantique on the structuring of its first revolving credit facility, at a total amount of €150 million, with the possibility of an increase to €200 million.

The transaction was arranged by Caisse d'Epargne et de Prévoyance Bretagne Pays de Loire and Société Générale, with a syndicate composed of eleven French and European banks.

The arrangement of this revolving credit facility represents an important milestone for Chantiers de l'Atlantique, strengthening their financial flexibility and their capacity to support their ambitious development programs.
