Stephenson Harwood advises on purchase of first Antonini Navi XPD95

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the owner on the purchase and construction contract for the first Antonini Navi XPD95 yacht.

The XPD95 is a bespoke, 30-metre motor yacht with exterior design by Sculli & Covini and interiors by Hot Lab. Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, with launch planned for summer 2028. Camper & Nicholasons acted as buyer’s representative.

Stephenson Harwood’s superyacht team advised on the construction contract and project structuring. Paris-based Partner and Head of the Superyacht Practice, Ezio Dal Maso, led the team advising on the matter, with support from Managing Associate Alberta Longanesi Cattani.
