Stephenson Harwood advises on the acquisition of m.y. LIBERTY

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised the buyers on the acquisition of m.y. LIBERTY.

LIBERTY, a 49.99m/164' motor yacht, was built by Italian shipyard ISA Yachts in 2011, with interior styling by Rene Van Der Velden. She accommodates up to 13 guests across six cabins, including a full-beam master suite, and can carry up to 11 crew.

Stephenson Harwood's superyacht team advised on the sale and purchase terms, the delivery arrangements and the yacht's registration with the support of Ganado Advocates in Malta.

This transaction further demonstrates the team's capability to support clients throughout complex luxury yacht sale and purchase, structuring and registration transactions.
