Stephenson Harwood advises on the sale of m.y. BIJIN

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised a long-standing client on the sale of m.y. BIJIN.

BIJIN, a multi-award-winning custom-made 50m yacht, was built by Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2015. Stephenson Harwood's superyacht team advised on the terms of the sale and coordinated the repayment of the seller’s financing arrangements.

This transaction further demonstrates the team's capability to support clients throughout complex luxury yacht sale and purchase and financing transactions.

Paris-based Partner and Head of the Superyacht team Ezio Dal Maso led the team advising on the matter, supported by Managing Associate Alberta Longanesi Cattani who advised on the sale, delivery and registration arrangements, Managing Associate Lucy Todd, who advised on the financing aspects and Vanessa Stefou, Associate in the London office, who assisted with the closing arrangements.
