Stephenson Harwood advises Pelican Capital LLP on its sale of Atech to iomart

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised longstanding client Pelican Capital LLP on its £57 million sale of Atech to iomart.

Pelican Capital invested in Atech, a leading UK cloud service provider, in 2022, and since then the business has grown substantially. iomart is a listed provider of hybrid cloud and digital workplace solutions, working with thousands of businesses across the UK. Its services include cloud hosting, managed services, and data protection.
