Stephenson Harwood LLP has released an update on the firm's diversity targets, outlining the advancements the firm has made towards becoming a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
The firm's current diversity targets run until 1 May 2025. This report provides an overview of the progress made since the initiation of the firm's ethnicity action plan in 2021 and the establishment of global gender targets in February 2022.
In addition to summarising progress made so far, the report highlights various actions taken to drive further improvements to increase representation and become a more diverse and inclusive organisation.
