Stephenson Harwood strengthens its Aviation Disputes Practice with the arrival of Kathryn Ward

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Aviation Litigation and Regulation team with the arrival of Kathryn Ward in London as Consultant.

Kathryn has 25 years’ experience in aviation including representing airlines, operators, product manufacturers, MROs and their insurers in complex disputes involving post-accident legal liability, product liability, ground handling, general aviation and coverage. She handles complex contractual disputes and regulatory matters including IATA resolutions, CAA enforcement and consumer rights. Kathyn has been involved in some of the industry’s most significant disputes in recent years and is recommended in Legal 500’s “Hall of Fame.” She joins from DLA Piper.
